Caddington Blue Property Management team offer professional advice and assistance to Caddington Blue' tenants and landlords and make sure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. Our dedicated Property Managers provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants, offering advice on all financial, rental and legal matters alongside organising any necessary maintenance projects.
The Property Management departmentís expertise and professional approach results in peace of mind for our landlords and tenants throughout every tenancy therefore it is crucial that you enjoy communicating with a wide range of people. Organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential due to the administrative elements of the role.
Property Manager responsibilities and duties:
Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
Perform tenant screenings
Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs and enforcing rules of occupancy
Coordinate maintenance schedule
Property Manager qualifications and skills
Preferable Bachelorís Degree in Real Estate Property Management or a minimum of 3+ yearsí experience in property management
Preferably a member of ARLA
Strong interpersonal skills
Enhanced negotiation abilities
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision
