Two jailed for 'gratuitous' attack on Bermondsey brothers

Two men who randomly targeted a pair of middle-aged brothers walking home to a Bermondsey estate and subjected them to a violent attack have been sentenced to a total of 20 years in prison.

@LondonDreamtime @paulsimpson1976 Waterloo Bridge Station was renamed as Waterloo in 1886 so that narrows it down a bit.

@paulsimpson1976 Also predates Bakerloo line. So turn of the century would seem about right.

@paulsimpson1976 1890s perhaps? It predates the c. 1904 expansion of Waterloo Station.
