Southwark Council's chief executive has condemned newspapers and broadcasters for showing video clips of the terrorist attack in Stoney Street on Saturday night.
London Bridge cordon: crime scene investigation 'till Sunday'
Residents and businesses around Borough Market have been told that the police operation to examine the scene of last week's terrorist attack is likely to continue till Sunday night.
Blackfriars Bridge latest river crossing to get security barriers
Metal and concrete security barriers were installed on Blackfriars Bridge in the early hours of Thursday morning, after similar defences were installed on other Thames crossings earlier in the week.
London Bridge peace wall: dozens leave messages near attack site
The Portland stone base of the Southwark Needle at London Bridge has been covered with dozens of sticky notes carrying messages of peace and hope after last Saturday's terrorist attack which left eight people dead.
