Looking at the map on the publisher's site, it looks like the sequel will include more of SE1, including a longer stretch of TBR, Long Lane and Bermondsey Street.
A fictional street runs between Long Lane and Bermondsey Street, accomodating the also fictional "Borough Metalworks", with the screenshots showing an interior reminiscent of the industrial conversions a la Jam Factory. The location makes it roughly around Leatherworks.

It's a computer game - set in London - think Lock, Stock / Snatch with you as one of the protagonists. Has a very realistic road map, so if you live centrally, you can drive down your own street !

I have a feeling that the man hole covers were made in a metal works in Union street, though I might be wrong
