Well he would, I suppose. Do it yourself. Only takes a few minutes.
Chubb lock really takes you only 3 minutes.
Yale lock maybe 5.

yes, the nice reassuring man from Worralls did both a 5 lever mortice and a Yale lock in 20 mins (plus 10 mins to get a spare lock) I did get the feeling that I could do that. Although he did have to file away at a bit of the door for a few mins.
I would recommend them - they were not the cheapest, but v. fast and helpful and full of useful tips on lock security etc..
