Anyone used one lately,if so what sort of price did they charge per hour and did they turn up when they should.

The best carpenter I've come accross is Robin Smith, from C.S.Construction. His work was of a very high standard, his quotes seemed reasonable, and I have no complaints whatsoever about any aspect of his work. His number is 07810 343 677 if you want to call him for a quote - probably better than me trying to guess what his rate would be !

Am always suspicious of people 'recommending' tradesmen when they've just registered with the Forum the same day....or maybe I'm a cynic....
