London SE1 website team

South Bank Employers’ Group has been awarded the Customer First kitemark, the quality assurance mark for organisations that provide publicly funded business support services.

The Customer First accreditation is only awarded to organisations that provide publicly funded business support services to an exceptional standard. 32 assessment criteria must be satisfied across areas such as: Client Relationships, Market Awareness and People Management; South Bank Employers' Group satisfied the judging panel on all accounts.

"It's a great achievement," says Ted Inman, CEO of South Bank Employers' Group. "We are committed to delivering excellent business support."

South Bank Employers' Group works closely with business support services provider Prevista and with other key partners in this area to provide a range of business services to small and medium businesses and organisations in order to help them to achieve their potential. Funding is provided through Waterloo Project Board's SRB programme. Such business services include help and advice regarding how to start up a business in the South Bank area, fundraising, IT and consultancy issues, sector-specific sector advice (ie advice for artists and the creative industries) and general advice to the voluntary and community sector.

Compliance with the Customer First quality accreditation means that services offered by South Bank Employers Group are designed to be customer-focused and to meet customer needs.
