Man charged with attempted murder after Tabard Street stabbing

Detectives investigating a serious assault in Tabard Street in March this year have charged a man with attempted murder.

A 20-year-old man with stab wounds was found by police in Tabard Street on Thursday 1 March this year.

31-year-old Akeem Badmus from Peckham was charged last Thursday with attempted murder.

He appeared in custody at Croydon Magistrates Court on Friday 30
November and was remanded in custody to appear at Croydon Crown Court on
Tuesday 11 December.
