An online survey has been published by the Potters Fields Park Management Trust as it prepares to take on responsibility for the maintenance of the adjacent St John's Churchyard.

St John's Churchyard – nestled between Druid Street, Tower Bridge Road and Tooley Street – was the churchyard of St John Horsleydown and is now a public park.

The gardens were last refurbished in 2012 with funding from section 106 contributions linked to local development schemes.

The Potters Fields Park Management Trust will be taking over the management and maintenance of St John's from Southwark Council and introducing a series of new free community events including gardening projects with local schoolchildren and The Big Lunch.

• Complete the St John's survey.

• There is also a separate survey about events in Potters Fields Park.
