Disappointingly bland and oily lunch!
popped in to Leon for a quick lunch. remember enjoying great food at the carnaby st branch when it first opened.
ordered meal deal (£8.50 ish) !
original chicken and rice box with a juice and side order.
the side of baked fries were fine as was the juice. the box however, was so bland looking- a bit of wilted greenery, extremely grey looking chicken which had sinewy bits in and gristle! the rice was oily and at the base of the box was a layer of oil. I thought it was water at first.
if I hadn't been in a hurry and there'd been less of a queue, I'd have spoken to someone and highlighted my concerns.
I remember previously enjoying the seeds sprinkled on the dish but this one had a tiny amount.
for £8+ there are lots more better options very close by.
