Volunteer Day with Bankside Open Spaces Trust
Discover some less well known green spaces in SE1 and spend the day enjoying some fresh air and getting your hands dirty with Bankside Open Spaces Trust at this Team London Bridge event for Volunteers Week.
The day starts at 10am at Red Cross Garden with a short introduction to BOST's work. Jobs will include working on one of BOST's newest projects, the Marlborough Playground, including some painting, others will head to Webber Row to sow mini meadows, and Waterloo Millennium Green for planting, painting, and getting the space looking tip top for summer.
A sandwich lunch and drinks will be provided.
