Bankside Residents' Forum - in partnership with Southwark Cathedral and with support from United St Saviour's Charity and Southwark Council - is planning a Grand Iftar (the breaking of fast in the month of Ramadan) to mark the anniversary of the London Bridge attack. This event will take place on Sunday 3 June at Southwark Cathedral.

As part of BRF's efforts to promote community cohesion it is creating a community choir which will act as positive legacy to the London Bridge attacks.

The choir - directed by Sue Heath-Downey - is currently made up of local residents, traders and visitors who were affected by the attacks physically and or mentally. Also members of many other choirs have joined.

Residents, local employees and others are welcome to join the choir.
