Does anyone know what the black flags on London Bridge this morning were for?

I saw this to. Didn't get a chance to ask the girls holding them and its been bugging me all day. Nothing on google. My guess is its some sort of political thing / art student thing, or a combination of the two.

No, no no. Your SO wrong. I've got some friends involved in that program, the flags are part of a site specific performance art piece. About art and commodity, and the relationship between art and the financial district. Check in later they are currently posting documentation of the performance.
