Hi - could anyone recommend a good fully qualified osteopath or chiropractor (have already tried the Scool of Osteopathy)for a lower back problem? They'd need to prefereably be within walking distance of Southwark tube.
Many thanks

I would HIGHLY recommend the sports massage girl at 37Degrees (next to london assembly) she is just about to finish her ostopathy (sp?) degree and gave me the best massage i have ever had - she could immediately see / feel where my niggles where and really got to them moving.

I have used London Bridge Chiropractic (http://www.londonbridgechiropractic.co.uk/),and found Dr Matthew Carver to be very good. He works from Borough High Street, just down from London Bridge tube station exit.

You will doubtless get negative comments here as to the efficacy of chiropractic, as you will also find if you do a search for previous posts on this subject, but it worked on my back.

Many thanks - any other recommendations gratefully received.

I go to the London School of Osteopathy on Nelson St (By Aldgate)! They're amazing, cheap (20 per 45 min session) and very thorough!!

No ties etc...

Hi, I'd definitely recommend Robin Kirk at London Bridge Osteopaths, opposite the station :

My partner & I have had many excellent treatments over the years...

Good luck!

oh...I should say excellent and SUCCESSFUL! Including a couple of bad episodes of sciatica I experienced, one of which I had to be driven to the appointment as I couldn't walk, and was completely fine again after 2 sessions of osteopathy with Robin (major improvement after the first one).

Thanks everyone - I shall try the London Bridge place as it's nearest to my office and I should be able to hobble and shuffle along there!
