Graffiti, Tennis St

There seems to have been a sudden proliferation of graffiti - possibly proclaiming the majesty of Belgium (wot, guv?) - on Tennis Street. Anyone know anything about this? It is an eyesore.

Did you report it to the council? They usually remove them pretty swiftly.

I haven't. My impression is that I need to live on Tennis St (I don't) to be able to report it. Am I wrong about this?

Yes, I report graffiti and fly tipping everywhere in the area. When you call them, keep the reference number as you may need it.
