Elephant and Castle regeneration - Local associations' opinions, feedback

hello all,

WE are a team of researchers from the department of architecture of the univercity of Patras. head of the project is Panos Kouros. we are doing a 4 day- research on the Area of elephant and castle regarding the imminent, so called -regeneration (gentrification?) scheme, in the area.we would like to hear more about the thoughts, feelings and opinions of the users of the area. Therefore, local counsils, residents and tenants assosiations could give us some feedback and comments about how they feel that their everyday life is bound to get affected by the above mentioned masterplan.
