Quote from SE1 "The organisers (AMDNETWORKS) say that there will be hundreds of exhibitors, a variety of performers and artists representing the African and Caribbean diaspora and of course a wide array of food from the region.
The African Street Market will give Londoners and tourists the chance to experience a real taste of Africa and the Caribbean in Central London"

This is misleading to say the least! No fabrics. Just a few Artists. This is a very poor representation. I wonder how the organisers chose the people? There are hundreds of talented people to choose from.

There were 2 food stalls. I was hoping there would be Ghanaians selling Kele Wele (chunks of spiced fried plantain)
Glad the sun was out anyway. Where were the visitors, Where was the advertising? Why wasn't it promoted properly?
