Is anyone else bothered by the noise level of the pedestrian crossing (the bleep bleep bleeep which tells you it is safe to cross)on Marshalsea street (the BHS end). There has always been a crossing there but the bleep is new. When the bleeper was first fitted in July it seemed a lot quieter than it is now... has the noise level been turned up ? How can you appeal to get the sound ajusted to a more appropriate level - as this is a relatively quiet stretch of the road and the bleep seems disproportionately loud ???

I noticed recently someone had complained about this via fixmystreet:

Disappointed to find out you were not complaining about a noisy pedestrian who was crossing Marshalsea Road :-(
