The consultation period ends: 23/04/2010 ie:VERY SOON
The builders appear to be Fusion the same as the 169 Grange Road where Premier shop and flats are.
The plan -...for the erection of a building on ground, first, second, third and fourth floors (five storeys) with part basement, comprising commercial units on part of the ground floor on Grange Road frontage (Classes A1, A2 or A3: retail, financial and professional services, restaurant) and 33 residential units; associated residential parking for occupiers of the development, cycle storage, amenity space and refuse storage.
The reason why you havent been consulted here is that planning permission has already been granted.
This is an application to approve "reserved matters" in the original planning application. When planning permission was granted a number of conditions were set, and this in an application to satisfy some of them.
Specifically approval is sought for:
* the materials used in the build
* the noise report
* the archaological report
* the tree condition report
* the sustainability report
You could object to the contents or validity of any of these reports, but you cannot now object to the application itself which has been granted.
