thanks! what do you do about providing about entry to the flat - do you just provide a fob and key?

Yes, she's had a set of my keys for years - completely trustworthy. She has charged me £10 an hour and does 3 and a half hours every two weeks. Can do whatever you like - cleaning, ironing etc etc. If you want to post me a private message with your number, am happy to call.
