It seems quite cold now, but then it's inside office hours. I blame the cuts - they can't afford the overtime.

Why doesn't the council encourage more air conditioned shops onto the high street to reduce temperatures? It's a disgrace.

It's a disgrace, an outrage, this is justice turned on its head. I blame, in order.
Single Mums
Hoodies
Young people
Bankers
Sir Alan Sugar
and anyone different to me.

And not climate change
And certainaly not the fact that it's summer.

You forgot the European Union. (this is actually their fault, as the heat has come up from those profligate Spaniards who let their economy overheat)

Bring back Princess Di, Thatcher and Madeline McCann! They'd have got their heads together and sorted this in a flash.
