Southwark-based not-for-profit organisation Participle are looking to speak with people who have close friends or family who have lived with a chronic condition for at least two years and are not their main carer. If they have COPD, Heart Disease, MS or Cancer then we would especially like to hear from you.
We are beginning to design a new kind of support for people with chronic conditions. Our approach puts people’s social and day-to-day lives right at the centre. That is why we want to hear from friends and families, whether or not you’re a carer.
We are not the NHS and we are not looking for your opinions of NHS services. This is an opportunity to say what you really feel about living well and the kinds of support that could encourage it.
We are meeting people between Monday 24th October and Friday 4th November, and our places are limited. If you would like to take part, please contact Kate as soon as possible. The conversations will take about 1 hour 30 minutes and we offer £25 as a thank you for taking part. Everything you tell us about will be treated as confidential and none of your personal information will be shared with any other organisations.
Equally, if you know someone who might be interested, please pass this message on and see if they’d like to take part.
