The local Council has signed a contract to install 90 advertising boards across the borough. Has anyone heard about the new nine foot tall illuminated poster boards going up across SE1? The notification was legal minimum, with no letters to traders, or local groups.
They are a new generation of boards, are they too big for our pavements?
