Leaking overflow - Shad Thames

For several months a high level (3rd floor maybe?) overflow has been leaking from Butlers Wharf on the passage away between Shad Thames and the river, between Butlers Wharf West and The Boilerhouse. The porters don't seen to be interested, but it seems plenty of people get an unexpected shower walking though and it looks terrible.

Any ideas who else to inform to get this sorted out?

The building management should sort it out if it is a coomon part issue or if not they should get the owner of the idividual property to fix it. In the first place try the managing agent - there should be a sign somewhere or the porters should be able to tell you.
