Does anyone know if there is publically available register of nightclubs and their licensing terms (including operating hours)? I raised a call with the environment department to ask about a specific club on Monday. No reply back to a simple 'when are they allowed to open until' question four days later. I'm not allowed to speak to them direct in order that they 'can provide me with customer care'. Manglish ahoy...

Assuming we are talking about a venue in Southwark, you can check here:
Under 'licence type' select 'premises - granted'.

Thanks for the very fast reply James. It would seem no-one in the environment dept is aware of this...

The particular club I'm interested in is The Sidings on Southwark Street (formerly Arcadia, I believe). This is their Facebook page . I can't find them under Granted or Applications on that particular web page among the four pages of results for Southwark Street, nor just under their name.

Maybe they don't serve alcohol (in which case they need a license for Class A's given the state of people coming out of there last Sunday morning til 7am).

If they don't serve alcohol, do they have to register for late opening hours? Would that be on a different register?

It's very sad/irritating that I can't get my council to answer simple questions like these!
