"In 2006 the United Café was created and over the past four years has become the heart and soul of the company. Funded entirely by the company for the benefit of the staff it has become a meeting place for conversing, eating, drinking, socialising and celebrating, the U Café is enjoyed by all the United team. The early birds grab their breakfast at 7am and by 9am the rest of the United team are charged with coffees or herbal teas ready to start the day. At 11am the tempting aromas of the day's lunch begin to filter through the office and by 12.30 desks are deserted as the U café buzzes with the usual social affair of people crowding around the dining table vying for food and conversation. By 3pm cups of tea are brewed and welcomed by all. Friday 5pm the 'Drinks in the café' email goes out; the night begins young and where will it end?"
