Summer party venue

Hi everyone

I am looking for a space which could accommodate 200-250 people for a summer party (usual dj, disco, food, music and some games). Something with an outdoor space would be excellent especially if the weather is good, but the main bulk of the event can be indoors.

Any thoughts on venues or venue owners please let me know!

try Bermondsey Square Hotel. Big outdoor terrace plus two or three large rooms that can be converted into one room. There is a bar at one end. The terrace has a bar also and a bbq(if the weather is any good) I had it for a party last summer and the service was great, the prices quite affordable. We ended up inside most of the night due to the horrible weather but there was plenty of room for us. I had around 80 people but we only used two of the small rooms and could easily have fitted in another 30 people.... including dancing/dj space. We had to be finished by 11ish

The Consevatory at the Barbican is nice

Watch out for minimum spends at these venues. I was looking for a venue and some places wanted £3k - £6k minimum spend for 30 people!!!

Lots of interesting spaces around - Jerwood Space and the Cathedral have some nice outdoor space as well. Though it depends how big you need it to be.
