Shell Petrol - SBR

Hi Forum
Does anyone know anything more regarding the works to the Shell petrol garage on SBR? There was a planning application a long while back and then it went cold.
There was rumours of a little Waitrose going in .. but nothing more and then yesterday all the hording went up and the petrol station was closed. Any idea how long it will be out of action for? Or a link to the final plans?
