Can anyone recommend someone who deals with unfair dismissal and help with some advice

You should have a look at these 2 links & talk to ACAS before going to a solicitor. Some solicitors are not the all caring all sharing buddies that they appear or make out to be so the more that you are aware of your & your employers rights the better placed you will be to engage the right professional.
Employment law is stacked in your favour in this country.
I hope this helps.

The Citizens Advice Bureau.
The Job Centre will be able to point you in the right direction.
The appropriate Trade Union would serve you best because that is there job "To protect and serve their members" and in doing so help the non-believers as well.
I do wish you well and all success because I know from bitter experience the trauma that can ensue from such an injustice. But my oh my winning such a case has such a sweet sweet taste.
Good luck.

Hi Eileen,

Sue at Aeon Solicitors - - 020 3440 5605 - will give you a free consult over the telephone to talk through your options.

No connection other than she provided an extremely useful summary of the various options open to me when I was made redundant (but suspected constructive dismissal). It helped me to get a much better deal from my employer.

Hope this helps.

Although not for unfair dismissal, but redundancy, I have used Daniel Sulkowski of Doyle Clayton Solicitors (details below). I think one of his specialities is unfair dismissal though...

He was extremely thorough & helpful. The firm itself is an employment law specialist.
