What are everyone's views on this? I believe the current buildings on the site are an eye saw and redevelopment is needed. However, The Grange is currently an extremely busy road and there is a lack of on street parking. Not to mention the already stretched bus routes.
'The Exchange' complex further down Grange Walk is also due to be completed in the next year or so I believe.
I imagine that (limited) parking will have to be provided as part of the building and that new occupants will be precluded from applying for residents parking permits. This seems to be fairly standard around this area.
