Nesting boxes in St Saviours Dock

Is anyone aware who maintains (if anyone does) the nesting boxes that float in St Saviours Dock? One of them appears to have deteriorated and virtually sinks when the tide is in.

Eventually turns out that it is thames21.org.uk and they are now on the case
