Does anyone know what shops / restaurants are going into the Brandon House development? I have heard lots of rumors - everything from the ever present Waitrose (we have heard coming for ages) and McDonald (replacing the London Bridge one). Anyone actually know for sure?

Possibly another *chain* coffee shop/sandwich outlet? Seems like we don't have enough of those in Borough High Street.

Probably Pret (or Eat or Itsu ), Starbucks (or Costa or Nero) and Sainsbury's (or Tesco). If we are really lucky we might even get an Estate Agent.

Sadly a further Coffee Shop / Pret or Estate Agent is likely! I can't see McD getting approved re: smell around the 'luxury' development, which makes Itsu all the more likely.

Yep, probably a Pret, Eat or Itsu because we do need another one!

I'm told M&S is coming to Brandon House.

Any further news on this James? I see they are getting close to taking the hoarding down.

No news. I am keeping my eyes and ears peeled.

Since James' M&S post they announced that they're scaling back Simply Food openings, so I fear this could have been a victim of that.
