I have been given the task of finding a managing agent to manage our small block of flats (8 units). As it is a veritable minefield (good, bad or indifferent agents) I would appreciate it if anyone could give any recommendations for any good agents, or any agents that should be avoided at all cost.

Thanks and regards,

We have had the same problem, two useless agents, then a property manager suggested B Bailey. They are not flash, but are responsive and knowledgeable.

No other connection apart from satisfied chair of our development.
