The inside of this bridge appears quite Victorian Edwardian.. Perhaps a new bridge or one with travel walk way escalators as at airports etc...would help as its quite a trudge with cases or shopping. Also very narrow inside especially when obstructions like chuggers manifest themselves.. Now we have the luminere lights and cab protests re uber to add to the equation..Go away.and leave us vin peace
the bridge in question is quite new. The older, flatter route meant you had to cross the road on Station Approach. This is the bridge where the cladding came off this week. Interestingly, this bridge is, in fact, the old through route for trains from London Bridge to head towards Vauxhall, which closed when the current Waterloo concourse was created.
