It's actually been there about 2 years now! Yes, I'd definitely recommend.

I think one should be looking for the artists themselves, rather than the premises of a shop: tattooists do move on to new locations.

I'm having a back piece done by Angi who works there. Love her style and skill! Was very pleased to find someone local. Have a look at the artists' books and see if anyone catches your eye. Really depends on what you're looking for.

I had something small done there. I preferred the King of Hearts in New Cross for the customer service / friendly attitude. But yes if it's for something big get the right artist.
