Would be grateful if anyone could please clarify what is written in their lease about the maintenance of the cold water (gravity) tank that serves each flat in the communal roof space in the flats/buildings on the Dickens Estate? It is unclear whether these are under the jurisdiction of the Council and, if they are, what the specifics of the arrangement are? Do the council service/maintain these annually and, if so, is the funding for that accounted for by the maintenance/service charge?
Would be interesting to know what is written in tenancy contracts about this also.
