Anchor brewhouse management have applied for planning for a new set of gates at horselydown oldstairs,application number 18/ap/1060 ,if you look at the documents section of this application you will see ,that it is being applied for on the basis there is no public right of way,i have provided southwark council with documents to prove that this is a listed riverside public right way,if this application is allowed to go trough unchallanged ,this right to access the river will be lost forever.If you wish fight back now is the time
