Hi there,

I'm a masters student at King's College London currently writing my thesis which aims to investigate what the main barriers to sustainable consumption for consumers in London are, with a particular focus on the environmental aspect.
I would be extremely grateful if you could please take the time to fill in my survey, it won't take more than 5 minutes.

Thank you in advance!

I respectfully suggest that your wording in Question 7 is confusing. I have tried twice to answer this using a different methodology but am not able to continue. Do you want respondents to only answer one of the five questions/areas? Am I the only one having this problem? Thanks!
PS I am in my 70s so maybe that's the problem??

The red error message (I got it) 'one response per column' means just that - ie you can only tick one item underneath no 1, one under no 2, one under no 3 and so on. And you must respond to all five options. Then it lets you move on to the next question.

It's not very well set out - it requires you to read all the options and rank them in your mind from 1 to 5 BEFORE you start ticking the boxes. I gave up at that point since I couldn't make my mind up. Perhaps it's because I'm in my 70s as well.
