Cyclist knocked over on Great Suffolk Street, Tuesday evening

My partner was knocked of her Boris bike around 8pm on Tuesday evening. Passers by were wonderful, they called an ambulance, kept her calm and stayed with her till the paramedics came. One lady took her bike back to the docking station. If you were one of these people, thank you thank you thank you. If you know who any of these people were, please pass on thanks.

She has two broken ribs and is very very bruised, but it could have been a lot worse. Thank you.

Ouch, I am very sorry to hear she was hurt. I wish her a fast recovery, although ribs will take some time. I hope it won't scare her to get back on a bike.
Was a vehicle involved at all or did she fall by herself?
