Just surprised there's no talk of this on here as this planning application is going to totally change the entire feel of the area...

Maybe people see that it is replacing some pretty grim buildings and is right next to the Shard and Guy’s Tower? Maybe they think it will be a positive change rather than just being negative because it is tall?
