I've just had a letter from the Council as I haven't replied to their annual Household Enquiry Form sent out in July. The HEF asks you to check whether the details for those eligible to vote in your household are correct or if additions/changes are needed. I haven't received the HEF (through the post), hence my non-reply. Reply was requested by 23 August. Anyone else not received the HEF? I'm not surprised as some people on my estate didn't receive poll cards for the EU elections in May. Or maybe mail deliveries are the problem (I'm still waiting for my garden waste bin sticker though subscription paid nearly three months ago.) Otherwise this is probably another outsourced service whose effectiveness isn't being monitored?
