We live on SAWYER ST and now have endured the ARDMORE GROUP and OLD FIRE STATON WORKS for best part of two years - massively over running and was doing so well pre covid
We back on to the works and our windows/back yard are on the wall where they are building tall scaffolding etc In all less then 10 feet away (in old money)

We are now just driven round the bend by the works and the terrible attitude of the ARDMORE GROUP. To the point we just cannot live any more quite a lot of days in our flat.

Apart from the noise and dirt on a day to day basis which is in front of the house on SAWYER ST as they park lorries there and builders congratulate ( very little covid safety in place) but at the back as well as described above. There is also the ASB noise that can start before 6 am - not actual work but people shouting, climbing the scaffold , dropping metal etc. Hitting stuff! Work often does start before 8am but they are crafty it's usually about 7.40am -so they know if you call a noise team by the time you get there it will be in permitted hours.

There is also violent shouting matches between work men at the front and back of our house. Reporting things to ARDMORE is useless they just deny all this is happening even though we have provided videos and photos to SOUTHWARK COUNCIL.

Can I ask anyone experiencing simaler in particular on COPPERFIELD ST AND SAWYER ST AND SOUTHWARK BRIDGE ROAD AND LANT STREET to report it to SOUTHWARK COUNCIL - ARDMORE GROUP many neighbors here are doing just that but nothing is happening. We know the works won't stop but there is no care what so ever for surrounding homes and the current ASB. That has gone on for a very long time. Please email all the below if you are suffering as we are - THANK YOU
