Does anyone else think that Mar I Terra in Gambia street is a little bit overboard in charing £1.20 per person for a few bits of bread - oh sorry that does include a tiny dish of oil. What has happened to this place? I've been coming here for the last few years but never again. Who has heard of tapas costing £6-7 a dish, and the waiting staff more interested in dancing than looking after customers.
I have to agree Brona, it is not what it used to be. Still Meson is still great on the cut, Baltic isn't as pricey in the bar as you'd expect and laughing gravy is fabulous. Who needs overpriced tapas and twice the price half as nice beer with so many other great options around.
