You could do worse than try CNS at 47 Oxford Dr, Bermondsey, SE12FB, 020 7403 3705. They were below us when our small telecoms consultancy was based in Green Dragon Court. We didn't do network and technical stuff, and any enquiries we passed on to them (Guy or Sally), and people seemed pretty happy with their work.
