Saw with delight the Zaha Hadid design for Southwark Street. It's smashing. What does everyone else think?

I like it, not just another slab of glass or concrete. I'd like it even if I didn't like it if you see what I mean, just for being something that looks a bit of an effort's gone into it.

I think it is a bold and potentially beautiful statement. I'm just a little concerned that all that glass and stainless steel will blind drivers going East on Soutwark Street when the sun is low in the sky.

I am just wondering if it will age gracefully...Can it be regularly cleaned up? I am afraid the shiny bits will quickly become dirty and the building will lose its overall mirror appearance.
