If you know the exact number /address you can simply look on Southwarks planning register online & it will tell you whats being built.

The street numbering of Park Street is somewhat eccentric IIRC.

Is this the site next to the former Greater London Enterprise office (no.28 IIRC)?

I found two applications for park st.

Proposal: Amendment during the course of construction of permission ref: 01-AP-1531 for the erection of a six storey building for office purposes to now incorporate an additional two storeys (eight storeys in total) creating an additional 9 self-contained maisonettes.

Proposal: Part demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a part two part six storey building for use as offices and retail/restaurant at ground and first floor level and 25 residential units above (resubmission)

Does anybody know whats planned for 185 Park St- There was plans for offices & a 22 storey residential tower but that was refused last March??
