Anyone know what happened this evening? At about 6.30 there were lots of police, stopped traffic an air ambulance etc.

Woman potentially knocked over by a bus on the junction. She was lying by the side of the road and the windscreen of the bus had a smash in it.

There was no bike or anything so assume it knocked straight into her.

The helicopter looked like it was just a precaution. It landed in the park on Southwark Bridge Road and took off without anyone being taken to it.

Anyone else got a clearer idea what happened?

Can't find anytthing on news

Happened right in front of me.. apparently she is recovering now, she is a very lucky lady, judging by the bang and damage she caused to the bus.. she ran out straight in front of the bus, poor driver had no chance to miss her, and he's the one I feel more sorry for.
