2005 Christmas menu-decision time!

As Plum is offline until Friday, I have been charged with getting everyone to decide between turkey curry and turkey soup etc BEFORE the end of Thursday THIS week!!

The general consensus is Menu A, so here it is in all its glory ...

Menu "A" - 22.00 per person


Prawn Cocktail
Minestrone Soup
A fan of melon with fruits & Raspberry Coulis


Roast Turkey with Traditional Trimmings
Roast Loin of Pork, Apple Sauce
Grilled Halibut Steak, Parsley Butter

Roast Potatoes & Selection of Fresh Seasonal Vegetables


Christmas Pudding & Brandy Sauce
Traditional Sherry Trifle
Selection of Cheese & Biscuits


Coffee & Mince Pies

The Professor wants Minestrone and Turkey and Cheese & biscuits, I want Prawn cocktail, Turkey and christmas pud. Thanks very kindly! (No chips alas, but still....)

Sorry about the delay.

Husband will go for minestrone, roast pork, Christmas pub.

As for me: prawn, turkey and trifle.

I'm looking forward to it. And have made husband miss a rather grand do elsewhere. Not that he minds. Roast pork was sufficient pursuasion.
