Hi,

I am looking to rent a 1/2 bed flat in the Bermondsey/LB area, preferably unfurnished and in good condition (wood floors, etc)

Budget is about 300 pw, maybe slightly more for the right place.

I am looking to move in early August.

Hi Christian

I have a spacious one bedroom, open plan flat in Chambers Street, near Shad Thames. Recently refurbished there are oak wooden floors, new kitchen with granite work surface and Bosch appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and condenser dryer? A large balcony spans the length of the flat. Currently the flat is furnished however it would be possible to rent it part or unfurnished. Are you still looking and how long are you looking to rent for?
