WANTED: Short let in SE1 (or nearby) for May / June 2014

I'm looking for a short term let for my mother for approx 6 weeks, starting early May 2014. Ideally a 1 bed flat / apartment convenient to public transport.

She is visiting from Australia. I live in Shad Thames, so nearby would be very handy.

If anyone can help out, let me know (note I've looked at THINK apartments but they are over her budget for a 6 week period).

I have a 2 bed one bath second floor apartment for let in Providence Square. It is available from the beginning of april and would welcome a short term let until i can secure a tennant.

The property is furnished, has a gym, parking, 24h concierge, and lift access.
